Wendy Black Interiors provides clients with a distinctive, results-driven approach to interior design. With a keen eye for a space’s full potential, Wendy transforms homes into inviting, aspirational spaces where buyers can instantly see themselves living. An untrained eye may not recognize a room’s full potential. We highlight the most practical and functional use of each space to maximize its appeal.

Your online photos serve as the buyer’s first walk-through of the property. We carefully consider the photography angles and lighting to showcase each room’s best features. Stunning photos of our skillfully staged homes are key to attracting more clicks, leading to more showings which can result in more offers and a higher selling price.

Buyers make 95% of their decision within 30 seconds of them walking in the door. Our goal is to create a strong visual and emotional connection that creates a lasting first impression. Staged properties sell faster when compared to properties that have not been staged. Even in a slow real estate market, professional home staging shortens the time on the market.

Staging Quote

We begin by reviewing the floor plan, photos, and any previous listings to develop a custom staging proposal tailored to the space. Once the proposal is approved a contract is emailed and full payment is required prior to staging.

View the Property

After scheduling the installation date we will either view the property in person or in some cases view the property online through MLS or House Sigma.

Install

The staging installation process typically takes 3-5 hours depending on the scope of the project. Photographers can be scheduled in for the following day.

Destage

After the property sells, we organize the removal of all staging inventory. There are no hidden fees, as the cost is already included in the initial quote.
